All sales are final with the exception if any books that you received that have been damaged in shipping. I take pictures of every order that is shipped to guarantee the condition they are in when shipped. Should you receive books or merchandise that have been damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and email it to dex@dexhaven.com so I can send you a return label to ship the damaged items back to me. If you choose to keep the items, I’ll issue an agreed upon partial refund. Otherwise, when I receive the products back from you, I’ll issue a 100% refund to the account you used to purchase the books. Thank you so much for your purchase!!
